I could literally play each of them over and over again. But Golmud Railway, Seige of Shanghai, Zavod 311 and Paracel Storm were all incredible maps. Now this one might be a bit controversial. Gulf of Oman is the only exception to this. Battlefield 4 actually had many more destructible environments compared to Battlefield 3 and it definitely made the game more fun.
BEST BATTLEFIELD 3 PLUS
Better vehicular balance plus a little bit of fun naval warfare.It was also annoying to deal with since it didn’t really match the actual recoil of the guns and ended up messing with your line of sight for no reason. Second flaw was the excessive visual recoil in Battlefield 3. Battlefield 4 only had vision blurring effects from suppression and even that was toned down a lot compared to Battlefield 3. It made engagements much more frustrating. It was incredibly annoying to deal with and essentially rewarded bad players for missing shots. It completely messed with a weapons recoil and accuracy. Both games had similar feel in their gunplay and similar TTK but Battlefield 3 had two glaring flaws. Battlefield 3 was dominated by the Assault class because of how overpowered assault rifles were compared to smgs and LMGs. Battlefield 4 also had much better class balance. It didn’t have perfect weapon balance by any means but there was a ton more variety. Players used all sorts of different guns in Battlefield 4. Battlefield 3 was dominated by M16A3, AEK or USAS-12 when it was overpowered and M249 when it was viable early on in the game's life cycle. Battlefield 4 has a lot more viable options when it comes to weapons. Better weapon balance both between weapons within each class and weapons in different classes.This made Battlefield 4 play like a whole different kind of game. 64 player conquest for the first time on consoles.Better graphics specially if you played them on consoles.I gotta say Battlefield 4 was definitely the better game even if it didn’t raise the bar like Battlefield 3 did.īattlefield 4 pros compared to Battlefield 3: Now I want to know which modern setting battlefield game did you guys like more? Battlefield 3 or Battlefield 4. I am guessing those guys will be working on the rumored battle royale mode since Vince Zampella is leading that team. This hopefully means it’s going to be polished like Battlefield 1 and has more content than Battlefield 5 at launch. Dice also had one extra year to develop this game. It allegedly supports 128 player conquest with maps designed around that player count if credible leakers are to be believed. Battlefield 2021 is rumored to have larger scale than any past battlefield game. I loved the casual nature of Battlefield 1 and I enjoyed Battlefield 5 for what it is but I cannot wait to return to a modern warfare setting in a Battlefield game. Battlefield 2021 is tied with Elden Ring as my most anticipated game of 2021. We haven’t had had a proper modern-day setting battlefield game since 2013’s Battlefield 4. Battlefield 2021’s reveal is right around the corner and it’s rumored to be set in modern day.
